Qualifications:
* PhD in a relevant field - Chemistry, Chem E., Material Science
* 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry or in supply of materials to the industry
* Success commercializing new semiconductor process technology
* Strong management skills - people, program, project
* Excellent communication skills- internally and externally
* Familiarity with current trends in photolithography and related technology
* Understand the development cycle involving formulating products and doing integration with the photolithography process
Duties:
* Responsible for product strategy for programs in the electronic polymers business unit
*Develop strategic roadmap for the EP business as well as supporting development of an overall advanced semiconductor roadmap
* Serve as the senior location manager
* Accountable for lab budget and leadership in safety and quality system improvements across several groups
* Coordinate with business and technical resources
* Manage both individual contributors and managers
* Interact frequently with key customers and others in the industry knowledge chain
* Lead external development and open innovation projects
